Mr. Singh founded SE Laboratories in 1978. Prior to establishing the firm, he held positions in the electronics
industry as a metrology manager and a supervisor. He served in the U.S. Air Force and attained the rank of
E4 before an honorable discharge. As President of SE Laboratories, he has received awards from the SBA for
Outstanding Contribution to the Defense Industry, the Minority Business of the Year, and the Administrator's
Award for Excellence. He belongs to the National Conference of Standards Laboratories (NCSL).
He received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Saint Mary's College of California and his Masters of
Business Administration from Santa Clara University. He also attended an executive institute at Stanford
University and holds a diploma in electronics from the Air Force.
Richard Terrell joined SE Labs as new General Manager in October 2005 with over 25 years or successful management
experience at HP, Compaq, Tandem and IBM. He joined SE Labs following his recent early retirement from HP as Vice President
of Hardware Development for the NonStop Enterprise Division. In that role he had responsibility for all hardware development and
support engineering in Cupertino, California and Austin, Texas related to Nonstop business critical systems. Rich joined HP (Tandem at the time)
in 1990 as a manager in the Storage Products group. Other assignments at Tandem/Compaq included roles as director of Storage products with
responsibility for all disk, tape and optical storage product offerings and director of Hardware Engineering Services providing a variety of
design support, verification testing and regulatory compliance capabilities. Prior to joining Tandem Rich spent 22 years at IBM San Jose
in a variety of management and engineering roles related to disk and tape development and sustaining.
He holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University and a bachelor’s degree in
Electronics from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo.
Ms. Lewis joined SE Laboratories in 1993 as Manager of Human Resources and Finance Administration. In this role,
Ms. Lewis is responsible for managing all aspects of the company's financial and administrative direction within
key functional areas, including finance, human resources and legal. Ms. Lewis has over 20 years experience in
the Finance area and over 13 years experience in Human Resource Management.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University Sacramento and is certified as a Human Resource Senior
Professional from San Jose State University. In 2005, Ms. Lewis was certified by HRCI as a professional in Human Resources. She is a member of the
Society of Human Resource Managers and the Northern California Human Resources Association.
